Dave is a pastor and husband who cares deeply about helping people navigate the challenges of life, ministry, and marriage with honesty, wisdom, and hope. Having grown up in a ministry family and worked in both the construction trades and local church ministry, he brings a practical, down-to-earth perspective to pastoral care. His approach is grounded in Scripture, shaped by grace, and centered on listening well to each person’s story while offering tangible guidance that can be applied to everyday life. Dave is passionate about helping individuals and couples discover and live out their God-given purpose, embrace everyday mission, and faithfully respond to what Jesus is asking them to do. He believes meaningful growth often begins when people have a safe place to be honest, gain perspective, and take practical steps forward. Dave and his wife Kara have been married for 21 years and are parents of five children, giving him a firsthand appreciation for the joys and complexities of marriage and family life.
