How long have you been a Christian, and how did you come to Christ?
I became a Christian in October 1970; I came to Christ through the influence of my church’s youth group leadership and Young Life.
How long have you been at the North Canton Chapel, and what brought you here?
In conjunction with visiting two other local churches, I visited NCC. In January 2019, I committed to attending here on a regular basis. At heart, it was the providence of the Lord that sealed the deal.
How has completing the Shepherd School shaped you, or allowed you to grow in your faith?
Two elements: first, Shepherd School helped me more fully understand the role and expectations of Elders at NCC; secondly, the training increased my understanding of what it means to “aspire to be an elder” (1 Timothy 3:1) and reinforced my sense of honor associated with this call.

My musical loves are The Beatles and Nat King Cole. I love being in the kitchen, cooking or baking.
