Find Your Place to Serve

Our desire is to help you understand how God has wired you, how He has gifted you - so that you can make much of Jesus every day to everyone. There are roles inside the walls of NCC as well as being equipped and understanding your everyday rhythms and spaces.

Take a Spiritual Gifts Assessment

Once you complete the form, Matt Brumfield, our Online & Connections Pastor, will follow up with your results in 24-48 hours.

Coffee
Coffee

Our coffee team comes alongside our ministry environments to show the hospitality that helps foster and create spaces that make much of Jesus. A cup of warm coffee or tea is forward thinking to the dad who just got off his shift and shows up on Sunday. For the parents rushing to get all the kids out the door. To the one who had another sleepless night with burdens of pain. It says, we are glad you are here, you are seen, you are loved – and not just by us. By a God who is good, real, and for you.

Connections
Connections

As we follow Jesus and His Word, we are committed to “philoxenia” [love to stranger] and commit to walk alongside every guest and family member to guide them to their next step of obedience as the Holy Spirit leads. From holding doors to answering questions, our goal is to partner with the work Jesus is doing to see everyone find their next step at NCC.

Kids: Early Childhood
Kids: Early Childhood
Jesus commands us to “go and make disciples.”  In children’s, we have the awesome opportunity to disciple the next generation!  Infants, toddlers, and preschoolers will begin to lay the foundation of their faith and understanding of the gospel through age appropriate worship, Bible stories, crafts, and activities.  We care for, pray for, love, and engage children through a nurturing environment and fun activities.
Kids: Elementary
Kids: Elementary

We believe that kids are not just the church of tomorrow, they are an important part of the church today.  God is moving in the lives of kids and we want to be part of the work He is doing in their hearts and lives.  By seeing, knowing, loving, and teaching the kids the Lord has entrusted to us we have the opportunity to disciple the next generation as they grow in their faith and relationship with Jesus.

Kids: Preteen
Kids: Preteen

Preteen ministry is focused on the spiritual lives of our 4th and 5th grade students here at NCC. As a preteen leader you are coming alongside these students at this unique stage of life. They are beginning to own their faith, ask more in depth questions about the God and the Bible, and build stronger and longer lasting friendships with their peers.

Meal Ministry

An opportunity to serve the hurting in our church family, come alongside those celebrating new seasons of a child, meeting someone recovering from surgery, or other ways to serve our brothers and sisters.

Prayer
Prayer

As members of the prayer team we are committed to covering NCC Sunday Gatherings in prayer for every person in attendance, in-person or online, and to extending a posture of prayer in everyday spaces.

Production
Production

God is worthy of all praise and worship. In our gatherings, the production teams strive to provide a distraction-free, immersive, excellent, and comfortable environment for people to interact with the Gospel. In lighting, video, sound, or anything in between, you can help create environments that don’t show off how great they are, but the greatness of God. Would you consider joining us?

It’s a privilege to use the musical gifts and abilities to help others see Jesus rightly and respond to Him accordingly. If you have a heart to serve the local church with music this is a great spot for you.
